WHITE WINES
- Bianco (Wh): 40–60% Chardonnay; 40–60% Grechetto Gentile, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon Blanc, and/or Trebbiano
- Pinot Bianco (Wh): 100% Pinot Bianco
- Trebbiano (Wh): 100% Trebbiano Romagnolo
RED WINES
- Rosso (Rd): 40–60% Cabernet Sauvignon; 40–60% Ancellotta, Ciliegiolo, Merlot, and/or Sangiovese
- Sangiovese (Rd): 100% Sangiovese
- Riserva (Rosso, Sangiovese)
Significant Production Rules
- Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco and Pinot Bianco; 11.0% for Trebbiano; 12.0% for Rosso, Sangiovese, and Riserva
- Residual sugar: Maximum 10 g/l (1.0%) for all styles
- Aging: For Rosso and Sangiovese, minimum approx. 6 months (ERD = April 30, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 24 months (ERD = November 1, V+2)
