Styles and Wine Composition:
WHITE WINES
  • Bianco (WhFr, WhFrSw): Minimum 50% Glera, Verduzzo Friulano, and/or Verduzzo Trevigiano + OANWG
  • Chardonnay (Wh): Minimum 85% Chardonnay + OANWG
  • Pinot Grigio (Wh): Minimum 85% Pinot Grigio + OANWG
ROSATO WINES
  • Rosato or Rosé (Ro, RoFr, RoFrSw): Minimum 70% Raboso (Piave and/or Veronese) + OANRG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): Minimum 50% Merlot + OANRG
  • Cabernet Franc (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Franc + OANRG
  • Cabernet Sauvignon (Rd): Minimum 85% Cabernet Sauvignon + OANRG
  • Merlot (Rd): Minimum 85% Merlot + OANRG
SPARKLING WINES
  • Spumante (WhSp): Minimum 50% Glera and/or Verduzzo + OANWG
  • Rosato or Rosé Spumante (WhSp): Minimum 70% Raboso + OANRG

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 10.5% for Rosato; 11.0% for all other wines
  • Residual sugar: Spumante and Rosato Spumante can range from brut to demisec
  • Aging: No minimums specified
