History: Approved as Pignoletto DOC in 2014 for Grechetto-based wines formerly in Colli Bolognesi DOC; name changed in 2023

  • Vendemmia Tardiva (WhSw): Minimum 85% Grechetto + OAWG
  • Passito (WhSw): Minimum 85% Grechetto + OAWG

  • Aging: No minimums specified
