WHITE WINES
  • Bianco (Wh, WhFr): 30–70% Bellone (locally Cacchione); 30–50% Trebbiano Toscano; maximum 20% OAWG
  • Bellone or Cacchione (Wh, WhFr): 85% Bellone + OAG
ROSATO WINES
  • Rosato (Ro, RoFr): Minimum 40% Sangiovese; minimum 40% Trebbiano; maximum 20% OAG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): 30–70% Merlot; 30–50% Sangiovese; maximum 20% OARG
  • Novello (Rosso)

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Bianco; 11.5% for Bellone, Rosato, and Novello; 12.0% for Rosso
