WHITE WINES
  • Bianco (Wh): Any proportions of authorized nonaromatic white grapes
  • Cortese from subzone Casalese only (Wh): Minimum 85% Cortese + OANWG
ROSATO WINES
  • Chiaretto or Ciaret (Ro, Rd): Minimum 85% Barbera, Bonarda, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Dolcetto, Freisa, Grignolino, Nebbiolo, and/or Pinot Nero + OAG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd): Any proportions of authorized nonaromatic red grapes
  • Dolcetto (Rd): Minimum 85% Dolcetto + OANRG
  • Freisa (Rd): Minimum 85% Freisa + OANRG
  • Novello (Rosso)

Subzone:

  • Casalese (Cortese only)
