  • Müller-Thurgau (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Müller-Thurgau + OANWG
  • Riesling (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): Minimum 85% Riesling + OANWG
RED WINES
  • Rosso (Rd, RdFr, RdSw, RdFrSw): Minimum 70% Barbera and/or Bonarda + OANRG

  • Minimum alcohol level: 1.0% for Mosto Parzialmente Fermentato (10.5% potential); 10.0% for Bianco, Riesling, and Fortana; 10.5% for Marsanne, Müller-Thurgau, Rosso, and Barbera
  • Maximum alcohol level: 6.3% for Mosto di Uve Parzialmente Fermentato
  • Aging: No minimums specified
