  • Dual varietals (Wh, WhFr, WhSw, WhFrSw): 50–85% of Ansonica or Chardonnay; 15–50% of other variety
ROSATO WINES
  • Rosato (Ro, RoFr, RoSw, RoFrSw): Any proportions of Ansonica, Cabernet Sauvignon, Catarratto, Chardonnay, Nerello Mascalese, Nero d’Avola, Perricone, and/or Trebbiano
