  • Superiore (Rosso)
SPARKLING WINES
  • Spumante (RdSpSw): 100% Freisa

Significant Production Rules:
  • Spumante is fermented in pressurized tanks or autoclaves (Charmat/Martinotti method)
  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.0% for Rosso and Spumante; 11.5% for Superiore
  • Residual sugar: Spumante may range from extra dry to abboccato (demisec)
  • Aging: For Superiore, minimum 1 year (ERD = November 1, V+1)
