  • Novello (Rosso)

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 9.5% for Bianco frizzante; 10.5% for Bianco tranquillo and Rosso; 11.0% for Novello
  • Residual sugar: Maximum 10 g/l (1.0%) for Novello
  • Aging: No minimums specified
