  • Chatus (Rd): 100% Chatus
  • Pelaverga (Rd, RdSw): 100% Pelaverga
  • Quagliano (RdSw): 100% Quagliano
SPARKLING WINES
  • Spumante (RdSpSw): 100% Quagliano

Significant Production Rules

  • Maximum vineyard elevation: 750 m (2,460 ft)
  • Minimum alcohol level: 5.5% for Quagliano (11.0% potential); 7.0% for Spumante (11.0% potential); 11.5% for Rosso and Pelaverga; 12.0% for Barbera and Chatus
  • Aging: For Chatus, minimum 12 months (ERD = November 1, V+1)
