Significant Production Rules:
  • Maximum vineyard elevation: 400 m (1,310 ft)
  • Minimum alcohol level: 11.5% for Rosso; 12.0% for Superiore
  • Aging: For Superiore, minimum approx. 11 months (ERD = September 30, V+1)
