DESSERT AND SPECIALTY WINES
  • Dolce Naturale (RdSw): Minimum 85% Aleatico; maximum 15% Malvasia Nera, Negroamaro, and/or Primitivo
  • Liquoroso (RdFoSw): Minimum 85% Aleatico; maximum 15% Malvasia Nera, Negroamaro, and/or Primitivo
  • Riserva (Dolce Naturale, Liquoroso)

Significant Production Rules:
  • Minimum alcohol level: 13.0% for Dolce Naturale (15.0% potential); 16.0% for Liquoroso (18.5% potential)
  • Aging: For Dolce Naturale and Liquoroso, minimum approx. 3–4 months (ERD = March 1, V+1); for Riserva, minimum 3 years (ERD = January 1, V+4)
